This 19-story office structure located in Downtown Honolulu is framed with precast prestressed concrete griders of 64-foot span weighing 10 tons each.

Alfred A. Yee also served as construction consultant for the precast erection. A novel concept utilizing mobile tripods on pneumatic tire casters was specially developed to facilitate the erection of the large precast concrete girders.
